Canyoning
If you want to enjoy our rivers, canyoning is the most spectacular way to get to know them!
Would you like to spend a day in our Pyrenean rivers? This adventure activity is for nature lovers who want to enjoy up close the waters of our rivers. We have a wide variety of canyons for you and we are always open to proposals to visit other canyons if you wish.
You can rent our high quality equipment if you have experience, but we always advise you to do the activity in the hands of our experienced guides who control both the technical aspects of the canyoning as well as the water conditions, weather and seasonality, so you will enjoy yourself without unnecessary risks! At Zenith Aventura all our guides are highly qualified and are the safest and most secure way to go through our canyons respecting this environment that we love so much.
Like all our experiences you can combine it with other activities in the Congost de Mont-rebei (kayaking, hang gliding, paragliding…) Check our packs!
If you want to rent high quality material you can go to our headquarters in C/ La Font, 9, Àger, and then go in your car to the canyon you want to go. At the end of the activity you only need to return the equipment to our headquarters in Àger.
To do the activity with our guides, with maximum safety, we will meet at the headquarters in Àger, where we will do a first briefing, we will choose the equipment that best suits you and we will go to the starting point of the chosen canyon. Following the guide’s safety instructions, we will approach the canyon to make the descent. When you have finished you can return the equipment to the guide and continue enjoying the wonderful surroundings.
This activity will take place in the morning or in the afternoon and will have a duration that will depend on the chosen canyon.

L’INFERN CANYON
Undoubtedly the most visited canyon in Pallars and one of the best known in Catalonia.
A perfect cut in the rock where we will find jumps, slides and the famous 18m abseil of the Cova, which will take us into a world of water and darkness.
A technical and exciting canyon that will not leave you indifferent.

BÒIXOLS CANYON
This is one of the most aquatic canyons in Pallars. It has a very fun initial area with jumps and small abseils to later descend by a 15-metre abseil. The final section runs through a chaotic rocky region until the final 7-metre drop into an incredible natural pool.

SANT PERE CANYON
A wonderful canyon, it is a paradise for those who are cold because it is sunny all day long. Difficulty: Beginner
This canyon is in a beautiful place, inside the Congost de Collegats, and has a single abseil alternating with jumps, slides and small slides. It is ideal for the whole family, so don’t miss it!

ESPONES CANYON
A canyon in the high Pyrenees that you will enjoy from start to finish.
In the first section there are two spectacular abseils followed by pools of crystal-clear water with jumps and slides.
This canyon has water all year round, so you have no excuse if you want to go canyoning in the heart of the Pyrenees.

GURP CANYON
A jewel of the Pallars Jussà, ideal to do in spring when there is more water.
The canyon consists of a couple of 15-20 metre abseils and then you will enter the famous “banyaretes”, an aquatic area with jumps that invites you to take a long dip.

VIU DE LLEVATA CANYON
An amazing canyon both for its views and for the fact that it is very aquatic.
We will pass through some impressive jumps and abseils carved into limestone rock.
It is a must in the area and the one that most people usually want to repeat.

ERTA CANYON
If you are looking for a quiet canyon where you will not meet anyone during the activity, this is the canyon for you. It is one of the wildest and loneliest canyons in this region of the Pyrenees and usually carries a lot of water until mid-summer. It starts with a very well formed aquatic gorge with pools that will lead us to its region of jumps and abseils. One of our favourites without a doubt.
