Introductory course
Paragliding course in Àger for those people (more than 14 years old) who want to learn paragliding by their own. It is the first of the three courses intended for becoming a paragliding pilot.
Description:
Teaching tandem flights: We make a minimum of 2 tandem flights with the instructor in order to learn the basic flight instructions. It is a completely personalized learning.
Theoretical lessons: You will learn why a paraglider flies, you will acquire basic concepts of aerology, aerodynamic, materials, etc.
Autonomous flight: Finally, you will do paragliding on your own. You will be guided during all the flight, from the take-off to the landing field ground. You won’t be alone at any time! Minimum 5 flights.
Progression course
With this course, you will learn to take-off and land at your own and you will also understand each one of the decisions you might make paragliding. But, be calm! You will always have the help of our instructors, and in a special way when taking-off and landing.
Description:
Ground control: We will continue improving the inflation and the ground paraglider control.
Theoretical lessons: We will deepen the taking-off, approaching and landing manoeuvres. Didactic videos and recordings of the students.
Flights: We make a total of 10 flights in order to get a good level of autonomy in the taking-off and landing phases. Progressively the decision making will be more and more of the student.
Advanced course
Obtaining the advanced student title will be one of the main objectives in this paragliding course. You will learn to take advantage of dynamic and thermal ascends, as well as control the paraglider with strong wind. We will also do “top landings”, descending manoeuvres, use of the throttle and the rest of tools to be a good pilot.
Description:
Ground control: You will learn to inflate the sail face up with strong and cross wind.
Theoretical lessons: Meteorology, aerology, airline regulations, material and all necessary items to fly by your own.
Autonomous flights: If you have done the previous courses with us, we will make up to 50 flights! You will learn to take-off with different conditions, making permanence flights, controlling the paraglider and all you need to be an autonomous pilot.
Pedagogical tandem flights: We make this tool to reinforce thermal and side flight knowledges.
